Its a tragedy that the fast bowling trio of S Aravind, R Vinay Kumar and Abhimanyu Mithun never bowled in tandem for the national team while garbage like Ishant Sharma has been endlessly recycled for a decade...

if vinay kumar plays for india in south africa, i will not see any test match in which vinay plays for india as i truly believe that i can pad up and play vinay kumar well.

mumbai batsman were over confident and that hit them.

MTC - what joke thread is this?

VK has done nothing new. He has been a giant in domestics for many years now, and on that basis been given a chance in Intl cricket and found out and selectors/team mgmt has moved on from that phase. He continues to be a giant in domestics, and hasn't done anything new (such as new additional pace added, or new action, nothing) . He just continues to be a leading wicket taker in domestics (good for him), that he ALWAYS was. What has changed now?

Thread to jokes section.

Man, some people's sarcasm meters don't function at all.

Abhimanyu Mithun bowling his 125k thunder bolts in karnataka pl

look at his expressions, without speedguns people would have thought he is bowing 170k..and the rolling catching( rolling after catching) is added incentive there is even a guy who rolls in front of an other guy who is rolling.

look at the guy behind them..how proud he is of them. I am sure he thinks they are the fastest bowlers in the planet...he will go to his friends and say 'eanu sakkdhagi bowling madthare gothhaa magaaa? super phasttuuu stumpu kartu wheelingu maadathe" and then he will proceed to his home to his wife named lakshmi call out..." lakshmiiiii  anna sambhar thogondubaa maa" ..for sure thats the guy.

Cricinfo on Mithun

Mithun's renewed intensity has been unmissable. He has had his issues with fitness in the past, but Karnataka have found a workaround by judiciously using him in short bursts. Successive five-fors on flat surfaces against Maharashtra and Delhi showed that he wasn't a spent force yet. Along with his tall and muscular frame, sharp bounce and lively pace have made him a fearsome prospect.

Any truth in that?!

Has a better first class average and strike rate than Recycled Sharma but not part of Koh-asstri's circle
