We are gettin superSports commentary here. He’s been decent. Though when we go in UK, I expect him to act like a Jerk when commentsting for Sky Sports. Rightarmfast 1

Regarding the topic of the post, yes I do notice some disparagement in his voice when talking about Indian cricket past and present (I do not know if he holds the same sentiment about India in general). He once belittled Gavaskar’s record against his WI saying his a lot of his runs came on flat pitches, etc. This is not completely untrue, but he made it sound worse than it is. He is a bit of a straight shooter as well, and I will take that kind (even if he is biased) over someone who just heaps praise all the time almost like a sycophant. With the complacement Indian mindset, the latter is more harmful than the former as they can use the criticism as bulletin board material for motivation.
