ShoonyaSifar
Pathetic to see he team management cave into the huge PR drive launched by Mumbai lobby, perhaps they too wanted it this way. UrmiSinhaRay 1 Link to comment

SK_IH
Whats the basis for this reverence towards Rahane. The guy oozes mediocrity, is already discarded as a limited overs player but somehow he has to be a certainty for tests. Rohit is atleast a settled limited overs performer, Pujara atleast is a colossus at home but why is this guy rated so highly. He has been given too many chances and Ind need to move on. Vihari and others need to get a look in. UrmiSinhaRay 1 Link to comment
express bowling
You give Kohli an older guy in the squad and he will pick him in the playing 11 first, irrespective of performance or potential. The older guy has to fail in a new series for him to be removed. This guy is a very average team picker. Mosher, bowl_out, ExtremeBrainfade and 2 others 2 3 Link to comment

Vk1
This in my view is the final series for Vijay and Rahane. Vijay would anyway retire I guess but we should be serious in dropping RAHANE.. and not select him straight away if he scores a ton against a mediocre team in ranjis. Once you drop Rahane, opportunities will increase for Gill,Siddhesh Lad, Shorey etc.. Link to comment

dial_100
I dont think Rohit plays like this in test. He seemed in a good touch and was all set to score big. I could see think tank has asked him to play aggressive and he got carried away. I mean why would he play 3-4 sixes early in the innnings? Hang in there guys. This is a long series and Rohit will come good. Rahane needs to just talk to Pujara and things will be fine. Cricketics and UrmiSinhaRay 1 1 Link to comment

Looking at this current aussie lot, we can even rest Kohli and play Vihari. but at the moment, Rohit, Rahane are on the brink of being classified as unfit-for-test tag. If the come out good then they could be used as an option. If not then we have some new lot getting ready and Vihari is right there. UrmiSinhaRay 1 Link to comment
