Predict the outcome of India vs New Zealand ODI series

In LOIs, 1-2 players can change a game so both teams have a chance. However, without Bumrah, our attack lacks zing with the new ball and at the death so fringe NZ batsmen can fire too. I am expecting Shami to be rested as well, therefore bowling could depend upon by and large how well the spinners do .... NZ might clinch this series

Yeah. We have barely toured NZ in the last 15 years (just twice). Once in early 2009 and then in early 2014. Neither of the tours were followed by the WC. Unless you're counting the 2014 World T20.

They will lose 4-1 as NZ is too strong .It won't be a bad thing.

if dhoni gets to play at no 4 we may loose more matches than winning....

 

other wise we will win the series 3-2. msd plays slow and can create run rate issue for us. every time jadhav and karthik wont be able to score those fastish runs at the end and thats when if msd fails..he wont get out but score slow.

 

i would be happy is msd gets out every time under 10 runs then India has a fair chance to win.

4-1 or 5-0 nzl primarily because we dont have bumrah in the bowling department and we dont have big hitters in the lower order .

The odd match which we might win will be due to individual brilliance of any of the top3 or kuly/chabal

it will be 3-2 I think although I don't know who will win. NZ top 4 and our top 3 are quite similar, but they have genuine lower-order tonkers which we mostly lack. our spin is better and could make the difference.

4-1 or 5-0 to New Zealand, sad but that's more of a possibility, team will be tired of aussie tour, plus flat pitches and small grounds nullify bowling also NZ play spin much better on top of that look at the depth in their batting vs ours and last but not the least their captain is much smarter than ours.

Series will have scores of 320+ so unfortunately, MSD's limitations will come to the fore in at least a game or two (same as England ODIs). 

No way we win series 4-1 score line with that middle order .
