they didn't back their players, they dropped their captain and rest of the changes were due to injuries. It shows change is not always bad, Rahane was mopping about his  dropping for first two tests in SA.He stunk for whole England series and was still talking about his fifty in SA.

Allt hese youngsters have been backed at the end of the day, after failing to win everyone where. Of course not all players will be retained and you have to make some changes.

Regarding Rahane, yes. I agree.

Greatest win by subcontinent team in SENA countries. It is 100 times better than our series win in Australia.

I won’t go that far. Id winning in Australia was that easy then SL or anyone would have won in Australia. In Aus, home team has higher advantage and hence it makes it hard.

In South Affica, home team has advantage but visiting team amare always in the game due to low scores in South Africa and conditions which allow all the oppositons to make use of the pitch.

SL achievement is great and one of the best and right up there, bur to undermine our own achievement here inst Australia isn’t necessary.

Even with a young bowler, Aus pulverized this SL team just few weeks ago. Its not that easy to play in Aus.

we can take a few important things from this victory of SL.

1. Practice matches ..... in a way both NZL & AUS series just before this tough series acted as  practice matches for SL.

2.Nothing to lose attitude and rightly so because the expectations were so low from these buch of rookies. Also SL struck emphatically on

the weakest  point of SAF cricket, ie put the pressure back on SAF bowlers by playing such aggressive cricket. As usual, even a hint of pressure, SAF players will do the rest.So India can  learn a lot from this performance
