SK_IH
The answer is zilch. A quintessential South African cricketer. I backed this guy to the hilt in last couple of years but he is an absolute choker on the big stage. Those maniac stats look absolute hogwash without the results. He was extremely fortunate to win two ICC tournaments early in his career but that I think will remain the highlight of his LOI accomplishments. Secondly, that fact regarding his cursed luck seems spot on. This guy is destined to not win anything till the time he is in charge. Switchblade, Real McCoy, nevada and 2 others 5 Link to comment
SK_IH
The likes of Dhoni and Rohit have had luck which one needs to win tournaments. This guy is complete opposite. He finds ways of losing the plot in every situation. raki05, Switchblade and Stan AF 3 Link to comment
Ankit_sharma03
Honestly never rated him as a good LOI captain. But to his credit we won series in NZ, AUS, SA......but u cant have all. He was never a good captain in big games and that came to bite us. He panics very soon hence he never stick to any plan Switchblade and SK_IH 2 Link to comment

chewy
Kohli's legacy so far as captaincy = sh!te, considering the money, resources and BCCI have had last 4-5 years Post 1996, great legacy in order: 1. Dhoni 2. Ganguly 3. Dravid 4. Kohli RAZPOR, Adi BB, raki05 and 1 other 4 Link to comment
SK_IH
Just to reiterate, last year Rohit won two tournaments, both against average teams but the manner of the win was amazing. India looked out in both games but won eventually. Sgattick10, raki05, chewy and 1 other 4 Link to comment
vijay50
Agree. Makee Rohit captain for next 2 years and see where it goes. Leave Kohli and his batting alone. Kohli is tactically bad and does not have the luck. Sgattick10 and nitinbwj 2 Link to comment

chewy
Kohli's player selection, fielding placements and bowling changes is below par. IPL is a great leveller, and Rohit has proved he is the best captain in IPL and happens to also play for India! RAZPOR and raki05 2 Link to comment

rtmohanlal
Kohli is still on his way to being an 'ATG batsman' no doubt .Has played 4 clutch knocks in ICC tournament knock outs, won ODI series in AUS & SAF for the first time etc etc .It is his captaincy that is being his biggest nemesis. He needs to continue just as a player Link to comment
ShoonyaSifar
Kohli is the perfect example of how best to screw a godsend opportunity to win a WC. All he needed was to look beyond Dhoni after 2017 CT final ( like he did with Yvui). Would have meant 2 years for him to build his own team and follow his leadership style. Instead he continued to be a chamcha to Dhoni letting him call the shots. The middle order muddle was largely self inflicted with the sole aim to keep Dhoni’s position safe. That was when the WC was sealed for us. express bowling, ThePhenomenal1, raki05 and 3 others 2 4 Link to comment
Suhaan
One thing is sure if he is at helm,no younster will prosper as he wont allow them to,he backs wrong players and finds them not worth his time, it gets already late This joke should be stopped right away,it has cost two global tourneys where we could have won Adi BB 1 Link to comment
The Realist
He's stunk it out for years as captain of RCB despite almost unlimited resources. He's doing likewise for India. The stench is getting almost unbearable now, even Dhoni was sniffing his bat. shami_123, flamy and Laaloo 3 Link to comment
mishra
His legacy is Ravi Shashtri in place of Kumble. Or loosing to Pakistan in finals of CT-17. on a good day people will talk about Australia series. Thats what he will be remembered for Real McCoy and ThePhenomenal1 2 Link to comment

Anoop K
We won nidhas trophy not because of Rohit but because of DK. Infact rohit made stupid decisions in final but he won inspite of that. If Rohit was made captain 2 years ago, dhoni would still be playing and our middle order would have been same. Rohit owes his career to Dhoti, he wouldn't dare touch him. Stop making stupid assumptions. Link to comment
