A quick fire 200 from India in the second innings and we are set...

2 more days to go. Expect this 200 to come in 50 overs, leaving around 125 overs to shoot out Sa in

Other team is allowed to score runs on flat pitch. People expect miracles, even 2000s Aussies conceded big totals.

India score 600 runs while losing 5 wickets and people expect the opposition to just roll over on the same pitch

Need to bat for 40 odd overs and score 150 odd ,give saffers half the day to bat

i dont trust this weather,it was supposed to rain  all 3 days but didnt,it will just our luck if it starts raining now.

Assuming there is about a full days worth of play today and tomorrow, India have to bat for a session and bat SA right out of the game.

Pressure will be palpable, SA will crumble, more likely after lunch on Day 5.

Poor decision by Kohli to enforce the follow on.

India might have to chase 100+ runs on a crumbling day 5 wicket.  Who the hell wants to bat last on a sub continent wicket??

Every player cant perform equally in every match. As long as we win and win well, it should satisfy us fans.

We cant just drop people who don't bowl a good spell, don't take wickets in few inn etc.. etc..

People dint want Umesh to play, now that Umesh did well.. Ishant needs to be dropped ..  Jadeja should not be turned into all rounder.. Drop Rahane… Why Rohit played before the first match.. Silence before second match and as soon as he failed, see he cant bat seaming ball..

While batting we want our team to smash everything and while bowling just get them all out for nothing.. lol.. I feel we need a game.. the opposition slugging it out is good too.. Tail scoring can be frustrating but its not impacting the bigger picture in this match.

I am happy with our performance in this series so far.

This issue arises because we have or had too many condition specific players in our test match player pool ...  like Ashwin, Jadeja, Umesh, Ishant, Rahane, Rohit, Dhawan. Even Pujara used to be one before his successful tour of Australia.

No serious fan questions the place of Kohli, Bumrah. Shami, Kuldeep, current day Pujara after a few failures. Or questioned the inclusion of Tendulkar, Dravid, Laxman, Srinath etc.if they failed a few times.  This is because they are / were all-condition players.

We need to move towards playing as many all-condition players as possible ... with maybe just one or two condition specific top bowlers.

No point flogging our attack for 200 + overs continuously. That will take its toll. Should have batted two sessions and then put SA in.

Virat Kohli is probably the worst slip catcher ever in the game...even those Pakistanis catch few

My thoughts exactly, I can't believe the number of sitters he's dropped just off Umesh at home :damnmate:

SA are scoring at 4 runs per over.

Hitting a boundary every over.

I wont be surprised if they score 450+ runs on this wicket (which is still very flat).
