Finished the 2nd game while chasing and therefore the series for Ind with a MoM performance of 42* off 22 .... And humbly suggested Natrajan should be the MoM .... Leadership quality displayed

Going through a purple patch. May be worth playing him as a batsman even in tests especially the day and night test where some quick runs might make  the difference in what might be a tight low scoring game.

 

Also he said he will bowl of absolutely essential and what can be more important than a Ind Aus away series.

 

Need to take advantage of this form.

Yes, purple patch , could’ve played him in tests as well.

No ,he should absolutely not bowl for atleast two to three months. It would be biggest blunder from any captain to expect bowling after such a big injury lay off. He should only concentrate on his bowling muscles and start bowling in nets without any pressure.

Doesn't look fit. With 2021-23 stacked with so many crucial ICC events and overseas tours not wise to take chances now. He can't bowl in tests and not like we lack options for #6....FGS Gill is yet to debut.

On talent and potential, the best batman in Ind .... Could score a 200 in Aus if played in Tests .... Esp. Aus conditions suit his style. Also since opposition is Aus, play fire with fire
