They are allowed that. Only indoor dining is not allowed. Atrocious behaviour if they violated the protocol. No excuses. I wonder if not for the twitter user uploading the video, how would such a breach get reported? BTW during both the BBL matches, they showed the video. There is zero chance of them having any COVID contact. Also they did nit break any government rule. restaurants are allowed to serve indoors. They are in isolation because there is an investigation over whether they have broken the agreement between CA and BCCI, which is standard procedure.
