I mean ...defeating Pak is not big deal but the way they are beating them is something to be noted...

I think..they pretty much won or drawn all test matches from last 3 years at home...

This is the the team to beat in home conditions....

And team is only becoming better with these good new players coming in....

wait until Australia/South Africa tours there

I don't think SA is any better than England ... and England lost to NZ last time around (1-0)

Australia will beat them badly.  Saffers have a tremendous record in SA conditions..  But I don't think this SA team will be a big threat but let's see.  They have series against SA in their next home summer

They're good in their home conditions but if tosses went our way earlier in 2020, we could have had better results for sure. The conditions are too harsh for teams batting first and NZ manages to skittle them for easy scores. Australia, England and India are perfectly capable of beating NZ with proper planning. While India fails on this front, I expect the other two teams to easily defeat them in NZ in a WTC bout.

Kohli and Co had no excuse for losing so badly there in NZ. That was a shambolic performance by Kohli's team. I don't think they are that great team in test cricket. Aussies will slap them around.

Yeah, think they competed well vs SA at home in 2017 also. Rain spoiler their party otherwise they could have drawn or even win that series.

But they have to prove their worth vs Australia to prove that they are also strong contenders.

NZ's home cycle in next WTC is too easy.. only SA can really compete. Expect similiar thrashings to SL and BD

Don't know why Aussies aren't touring though, their current team could really use some boost in confidence by touring NZ

Jamieson has been the find of this decade.. Bowls at 140 plus, has bowling average of 20, batting average of 50, is 6.8 and can hit sixes.

We didn't lose to NZ, we lost to Jamieson last time we toured there.

Pakistan's away cycle is Ban, WI, SL

Jameison looks like a special bowler. The bounce that he is generating from good length  is reminding me of Joel Garner. Garner had more pace and was taller.

Happy to be proven wrong. But I think it's just na novelty factor. India and Australia will work him out. He ain't no bond or bumrah or Cummins.

He also trundles alot.
