But assuming SDP opens the bowling, you probably would still need one more bowler (may not end in 2 days w/o the pink ball)

Ashwin will open the bowling with Axar. Rohit and Shaw will bowl after first session to give them some break before they come back and finish the tail

Give Bumrah a rest, more valuable in overseas conditions, play Umesh Yadav. It would be good to reintroduce KL Rahul in test cricket in the Middle order. Eng made a few tactical errors including leaving out Bess and preferring to stay on the backfoot to spinners w/ the ball skidding in at times Either Eng would have lost interest or will go out with a fight (also do proper homework w/o trying to be too clever), so I would not count the chickens before they hatch My preferred 11 Rohit Gill Mayank Pujara Kohli Pant SDP - great if he can open the bowling for a few overs Sundar (or a seamer if required to get reverse going) Axar Ashwin Umesh
