Rohit Sharma   b Stokes 64 34 4 5 188.24
Virat Kohli (c) not out 80 52 7 2 153.85
Suryakumar Yadav  c Roy b Rashid 32 17 3 2 188.24
Hardik Pandya  not out 39 17 4 2 229.41

I think it is hard to compare the two knocks as the two batsmen played different roles, let's look at the boundary %

SDP 35%

SKY 29%

Rohit 26%

Kohli 17%

So based on boundary %, Rohit knock was relatively better

Exactly! In T20 we DONT need someone to bat till the end.  Kohli with his ODI mindset and skillset is killing the team.

Credit to Rohit. Played at a terrific SR. Rat was too slow

Imagine if Rohit had got out cheaply. Kohli would have been badly exposed with his inability to force the pace. He might talk intent, try all he might, but with his current form and lack of power, he is a square peg trying to fit into a round hole as far as T20 is concerned.

Exactly  !

These types of innings ensure that a good enough score is reached ... while killing the chance of an amazing score.

In a critical decider like today, I would prefer a good enough score.

If it were the first match of the series, I would have preferred an amazing score.

Exactly would you risk finishing under 200 to get 240+ ..I would settle for 220+ every time ...butler was out end of 12th over ...England 8 wickets in hand ... yet they couldn’t keep swinging on top with dew factor ...
