Sean Bradley
In the land of Blind the one eyed man is the King. The Pakistani so called Fast Bowling Factory is churning out the likes of Musa, Hasnain, etc. from past few years, the last genuine talent that they produced was Md. Amir, and we all know how that ended. He's definitely not in the league of Boult or Starc, but one thing I would like to give it to him is that his attitude. He's sort of a work horse and carries the entire bowling on his shoulders. He's young and will only improve. Too early pull out stats of 20 year olds and scrutinize them. Link to comment

Logic-e-Pakistan. If Z was better than Y he would be playing ahead of X. LMAO, You guy have self-declared Shaheen as some Yardstick to measure every other bowlers. The fact is Thakur and Nattu both are better than Shaheen but will have uncertain career thanks to pace bowling talent in India. Edited April 8, 2021 by Bigg Brother Global.Baba 1 Link to comment
the don
Yes he is a very overrated 20 year old compared to guys like nagarkoti and khaleel. The dude is one of the best young bowling talents in the world. He is going places. Link to comment
the don
India will do well to produce a talent like Afridi. Was disspointed with the young bowlers on display. Pakistan on the other hand has an endless supply of 90mph pacers. Clarke 1 Link to comment

Fake 16 YO Naseem, Hasnain, Musa got hyped up as some 150 kph speed demons on the back of top quality PSL speedometers and they are usually seen huffing and puffing in late 130s in int'l cricket. sandeep, rollingstoned, Bigg Brother and 1 other 3 1 Link to comment

Aren't greenbro cricket "fans" like the @the don running around touting their pace bowling "depth"? If there is much pace bowling tailunt in Pakistan, how can Afridi's poor performance be excused by lack of "bowling partners"? Which one is it? Is Pakistan suffering from a chronic inadequacy in pace bowling, or is Shaheen a poor bowler? Please let me know using your "have grasp cricket" knowledge. pak has bowlers who bowl with jazba chutzspah junoon at 90 mph for 3 overs and 90 kph for rest of the overs as maniac put it so test is not the correct format look at t20 odi pls. at any rate saheen should be compared with mavi and nagarkoti, Saheen is remarkable in that respect. who do you think would be more evolved in 5 years time when both are in their prime ? sandeep and Mosher 2 Link to comment

Thakur is a decent fast medium he will deliver the customary 2 deliveries at 144 every match. Nattu is a specialist death over yorker trundler, there is institutional growth path for such bowlers in India, rivaled only by the 90s england's 'jolly medium' brigade, a full blown hit to the ribs flush will still be pleasurable. Lone Wolf
Fast bowling is a difficult art & in modern era where fast bowlers are being carted around in limited overs he is a great prospect for Pak team. Don't get the point of the thread seriously. Barring Rabada who somehow took 250 wickets in a very short time.. Young bowlers have found it tough recently. It's not easy for a young bowler to be the spearhead of an Int'l attack so soon. Poyzz TM are bowling him to the ground in every single game they play I think. Someone like Bharat Arun & Indian TM will shape him to compete with best in the world. Credit to Shaheen he is surviving somehow. I think he will break down one day if his workload isn't managed. Shaheen is world class in odi. Have to see more of him in T20 but he isn't ready in tests. He is good but not that good in tests. Link to comment

dilliboy
Way too young to be making such conclusions... Let him hit his peak years, think he is a genuinely good fast bowling talent... Imagine him bowling alongside Bumrah and Shami Link to comment

When we were a poor touring side. Shaheen at a young age is leading the bowling attack which is pathetic to see really. He has shown great development for a rookie though. Imagine him alongside current Bumrah Shami Ishant trio who have fair bit of experience.. He will start running through sides as well. Instead he has got guys like Abbas the trundler, Lassan Ali who himself hasn't done anything substantial in Test cricket pairing with him. Link to comment

Does any pakistani player ever produced their real age or let me correct does pakistan have birth registration system in municipal corporation once baby is born. It's not even laughable quite embarrassing when pakistani try to justify their player's performance through fake age criteria. TheWall, wc2023 and express bowling 2 1 Link to comment
New guy
In any other team, with two established senior bowlers, he would be doing great. unfortunately he has been thrust into the roe of leader of bowling in all formats, which will soon take a toll on his bowling. If he could bowl alongside Bumrah and Shami or cummins and Hazlewood, you would see his real talent shine Link to comment
Nikhil_cric
He swings the new ball a lot but after his first spell, he's not very effective in test cricket because of that angle away from the right handers. Needs to either bowl around the wicket and a lot more short balls at the body . Hes fine in ODIs. Indwin 1 Link to comment
