It cud number if reason - they fit in better in their team combinations, better role, better team environment, home pitches, captains confidence. We have seen examples like 1. Boult for MI, didnt work with DC n kkr 2. Gayle worked well with rcb but struggled with kkr. 3. Dhawan at dc is doing well then srh. 4. Maxi looks to have fit in RCB very well. So who can be the current player who are struggling or getting wasted at one franchises or can be better used. . My picks 1. Manish pandey - punjab, KKR, RR...they all need a solid indian batsman in middle or top 3 . He has played for KKR before and with morgan, russell, dk around he can hold an end . RR badly needs one as dube is a waste for that role m samson n parag arent consistent either. Punjab team is basically banglore ranji team only so all his mates are there. 2. Shankar - Punjab and RR, punjab badly needs a 6th bowler and RR same solid batsman. 3. Khaleel - KKR , RCB n DC, they really can do well witj a left arm seamer as they are filled with right arm seamers. He ll provide variety to that atttack. DC will also have same variety with him. RCB is pushing indian seamers as leader of attack. 4. Sundar - CSK...under fleming n dhoni and gome pitches of chennai. 5. Lockie - MI, poor guy is getting wasted at KKR . In MI he can form a lethal combo with bumrah n boult. 6. Kuldeep - punjab n RR , both teams have warne n kumble to help him. Also they are filled with right arm leggies so he can provide the opposite angle. He ll also get more responsiblity there. 7. Abdul samad - DC, they need someone who can tonk the ball at 6. They have taken lalit n ripal for same role but samad is a massive upgrade on them. Pant n samad combo can be a match winning one. 8. Hetymer - CSK or Punjab. DC has absolutely wasted him.
