Respect for COVID's power to somehow find a way to checkmate you ... took all imaginable precautions including 1 dose of vaccine (per the schedule) but in isolation now :(( ... COVID won against yours truly

A slogan for this great virus - "No matter what you do, COVID will get you"

Take ivermectin twice a day if you can. My brother who got infected took it and came out of it without any serious problem.

Good to know. I have a COVID + Pneumonia complication so am currently under Pneumonia antibiotics

Hope you recover soon. The good thing is that as you have taken first dose it should hopefully reduce chances of complications.

Vaccines will not totally prevent infection, but it will certainly reduce complications even if you get it.
