Never did it have a stable government maybe in 70s just before the revolution but these naalayak and terrorist talibans were still there and were fooled by US to take action against atheist Soviet. I wonder how these choos are gonna deal with atheist China

It would be foolish on part of any empire to pour resources for supporting invasion/occupation.
