Some very pathetic comments in this thread to say the very least. If you can’t show concern then choose to stay silent.

If he was serious or not vaccinated then no one would be making fun of the situation. We are at a stage where we have started living in a world where you know even after being fully vaccinated you will likely get Covid but will not be serious.

If he was serious, obviously no one would be making fun. It is likely that he is not even having any symptoms. So in such scenario, there is no harm having a bit of fun banter in an online forum.

Why are they still playing? It's such a huge medical risk.

As we saw in Sri Lanka, others in close contact with a confirmed positive person can test positive a few days later.

this could mean that the entire Indian team can be COVID hit as all were in touch with shastri and other coaches....???

The Indian team in England has been hit by a fresh covid-19 positive case as another support staff member of the team has tested positive in Manchester.

Cricbuzz has learnt that the result was known on Thursday (September 9) after which the scheduled training session on the eve of the fifth and final Test at the Old Trafford - starting on Friday (September 10) - was cancelled.

Huge breach of rules. Both should be immediately suspended and send back home. Like the SLBC did to its players.

So we may have to wait for the series result till next year? What bullsh*t.

I suspect that will be the case. They can call off the test and award it to India. Anyway it is going to be raining.

a) Get well soon wishes to those infected

b) 1 month ban on those who broke rules

It is easy to get covid despite precautions so sympathies for those suffering from it. However, you are expected to follow protocols therefore any breach (putting others at risk too) should be punishable
