India had serious momentum going into this test.

Easy to forget that India fought back in SENA being 0-1 down. I would never have believed that the team bowled out of 36 could destroy Australia and in all places the GABBA.

A place Australia plays every summer and not lost a game there since the 80s.

 

Kohli's crucial contribution after the Adelaide Test cannot be ever underestimated. By deserting and abandoning the team at its lowest moment in years to head back to India for selfish reasons, he gave India the opportunity to heal and fight back.

Actually they should have made a documentary that how kohli and his gurgey tried to stole the thunder for this historic series victory. Kohli and his PR think they can make fool out of people.

For that reason alone that piece of **** should be punished and sacked from all formats as captain. What a wuss of a leader. 

 

And people keep mentioning the first test. India literally dominated even that test for 75% of the game. We had Aussies on the ropes. If not for his retarded selections and some fluke wickets due to conditions, India could have won the first test too.

A Netflix documentary would have been super.  I became a F1 fan after watching Drive to Survive & in fact the series alone is responsible for ridiculous rise in F1 popularity.  Upcoming season will be banger. 

ICC should try to at least make a official documentary on next T20 WC in Australia...  And give streaming rights to Netflix.  That's how you expand the market & sell the product.

india would have probably won the series 3 0 honestly. first test was a massive fluke due to the blundering idiot's pathetic selections. We dominated the game for the most part. pink ball magic did the trick under awful conditions.

Always thought this would make a great documentary given the drama and the circumstances. Probably the greatest test series I've ever seen, after the 2001 series against Aussies in India.

Didnt that fraud try to claim he provide input into team selections and tactics after he left Australia?

 

Given he places his pride and ego first ahead of country, I have no doubt in my mind that Kohli hated that India won one of the all time greatest test series after he left. That must be like a kick to the balls for him.

Lets remember this, Siraj racially abused after his father died. When a man is at his lowest in his life.

 

Ashwin taunted and abused by Paine, when Ashwin had not yet secured an IPL contract and was also belittling him for not being liked by his teammates. The irony being that Ashwin at his age is now playing IPL and T20I and Paine has left the game most likely forever for his texting scandal in Australia in disgrace.

 

If Ganguly was captain he would have metaphorically booted many Australians in the balls after these incidents.
