Pitch is misbehaving already but ball which dismissed Hameed was ridiculous. Cricket is the looser here.

How do u generate good cricketers on these sort of pitches?

I think it looks decent, seem to have something for both bowlers and batsman. Bit testing for fielders especially at slip and keeper as ball might keep low at times. But hey who cares, players are being tested, that's all you should want in test cricket. I like it, barring the Indian drop catches.

LOL I though this was about our crap fielding. Give it some time and let both teams bat.
Barring Hamid's dismissal the pitch hasn't really influenced the other wickets.
It's good that we haven't got monotonous pitches in the series.

Even grassy pitches have a few deliveries rising from length when a patch of grass is hit and the bowlers gives something extra.

 

Also, Umesh has this ability of getting some deliveries to fly off length and at the same time bowl some waist high deliveries while bowling short.
