More than anything, this team needs a professional set of coaches and not yesmen for the skipper. Due to these yesmen who think the team is doing great,, youngsters are suffering the most as there is no one to show them the way. Not all the players who do well in FC cricket and on A tours will turn out to be poor at the international level. The whole transition system is totally broken due to incompetent nepotistic fools
