This series is written on the wall. The teams confidence has been shot and the team is bleeding. We may not see sub 100 scores (hopefully) but innings defeats are coming up in the next 3 matches. Just make sure the youngsters don't lose heart and help them battle it out. Is this something the team management can do?

BCCI knows  4-0 is loading...  Actually we are in dire need of that.  I'll be happy if Shastri gets sacked &  we never see likes if Rahane Saha again.   The NZ whooping got under the radar for some reason but BCCI will have to take action on 4-0.  Rat has escaped for now & a wise move from him.

Because of the quarantine laws, Dravid would need at least 14 days before he can join the team .... also no real work can be done when the test match is on (also the gap b/w tests is only a few days where players may prefer to recoup for a few days) .... if the team wants Dravid's inputs, they have the option to call him too

With him as the cap you're just shuffling deck of chairs onboard the Titanic, he has the reverse Midas touch & pretty sure he'll ruin any other changes that we direly need
