Raina should stick to his Talent hunt in J&K & ask BCCI for funds instead of enjoying club life:pepsi:

well unfortunately those talent hunts are just PR events with lots of night parties/dinners and nothing much to show.

Doesn't matter. All these young cricketers before marriage were enjoying at hotels. Maybe some of them still do after marriage.

The hotels they choose will never be raided by police

Such a big puzzle this Raina is, seems like one hell of a likable guy and a team man but always seem to find himself in these kind of situations, wasn’t there a controversy of him being spotted with a bookie or something few years back and now this. Nothing wrong in going to a nightclub but everything wrong in going to a nightclub during covid and violating protocols and abusing your celebrity.

Arrested for violating covid-19 rules inside a restaurant? How does the police decide this when most markets in Mumbai remain overcrowded, restaurants have been allowed to remain open, we are having political rallies everywhere and crowded social functions are going on as well?

Was it just covid or was it a raid on a rave party?

the other guys arrested alongside were Punjabi pop singers. May be I am generalizing but it is likely your question might have the answer in it.

Wasnt he worried in IPL about covid breakout now he is breaking norms himself. Even post his comeback from dubai he was roaming all around India

From what I recall, Raina was worried about the room that he was assigned to as he felt claustrophobic during the quarantine period where you have to stay in your room. He wanted a room with a balcony
