If Pant is indeed such a useless keeper who can't keep in his own home conditions, why was he even being groomed? MSK MC Prasad needs to answer these questions before he opens his mouth again. Chewtiya sala. Disgraceful player who barely got picked for a piss poor Andhra side and he was chosen as the national selector for India and he's giving comments about Pant. I still remember how he made some 50 runs in a one day match and got retired hurt as if he scored some 200. Deep Das Gupta, MSK Prasad etc giving comments about Pant, Gill feels like Phil Tufnell, Dominic Cork debating Archer's credentials. Absurd and idiotic.

Before he was concussed out of ODI squad, he had pretty good ODI series against WI. But obviously that injury acted as an epiphany & King Kohli realised that KL Rahul should be the first choice wicket keeper in LOIs

If he had scored the extra 10 runs in both instances, he would have been untouchable as only centuries count. Dumping him after the concussion incident  and then not even picking him in LOI squads is ridiculous. He was just about finding his form before that incident. Now his place is under threat in tests also, which is even worse. I read in a local newspaper that they are looking to play Saha in the 2nd test also and pick Jadeja in place of Kohli, with no place for Rahul and Vihari keeping his place.

Are you swayed by the hometown crowd's reaction. Its hard to determine whether that was caught or not. And Pant wasn't that excited by the catch. Even if he did, you can understand the pressure he was under as he already dropped Puc's catch before. Also Steve Waugh claimed a catch he clearly dropped in the 80s. Even the Aus umpire gave it not out. Aus crowds won't be booing that behavior would they.

That was blatant cheating from Panty. His hands were down on ground and they were also not together. Stop being a Panty fan and accept the truth. He is not a good keeper.
