Jason Roy not being picked by a single team is a big surprise.

Jason Roy in WC'19 was like the best of Sehwag. Quite surprised so much was spent on proven failures like Maxwell, while there was no interest for Roy.

He is horribly out of form, Still you never know with the kind of batsman he is. He is often mistaken as Hack, his inclusion in test was horrible choice but he is still the better bat in LOIs. Hales-Roy are underrated pair, they dont get as much credit as they should for the transformation of England, they literally bullied every opposition in England in LOIs during 2015-19. I can recall in one of the ODI match against Australia while chasing 290 odd Roy remaind unbeaten scoring 150+ in Australia chasing it with only 2 wickets down . Who could have thought of England bullying Australia (even mediocre) in LOIs few yrs ago. Even Hales is big miss.

Nobody like a hack. He has been found out. Average mediocre player. Lucky for him the world cup was on flat pancakes in England last time. No more of that. Sorry bud.

Indians still have a mentality of 10 years ago. Underrated English players and assume every mediocre Aussie is a champion

It is more a case that there are tonnes of mediocre Aussie coaches littered throughout the IPL.

He is not that big of a miss. He is out of form and one of Hales or Vince is going to take his England spot soon.

Hales will never play for England again. He is essentially blacklisted
