27 lakhs for 550 police doesn't sound that far fetched. Its about 5000 per a person? Thats about 2200 Indian rupees, you can easily bill that much if you order from a premium restaurant with starters and desserts

Pindi Generals themselves sip the best of wine and enjoy the intercontinental dishes while keeping their fauz happy with a plate of biryani! This is the scam, but an awaam and fauz on dope of 'Zinda Qaum, Pakistan Khatre mein hai' isn't capable enough to see through it.

Then the question would be why it is so damn expensive in Pakistan. I thought streets flow with ghosht and Biryani is available like Mcdonalds $1 meal in Pakistan.
