It is neutral as Kohli will preside over another debacle in Eng soil, irrespective of the opposition. Can't hold it elsewhere as it gives Ind a chance to lose against all odds.

The elections in India are 2024,  seems to be made in accordance with this

2023 50 Over World Cup in INDIA (Pakistan Blackmails to Boycott)

 

2025 Champions Trophy in Pakistan (India Boycotts)

It all depends on Asia Cup 2023 in Pakistan will India send its team to Pakistan, the pressure has been made by ICC on India directly to hamper India to Send its team

The only fools are those who think BCCI isn't looking to make money of Pak (vs India) fixtures! The only reason they haven't been able to for the last nearly 1.5 decades is the 2008 Mumbai attack, so even if Cong comes to power there's an even chance we won't send a team to Pak! Anyone thinking otherwise is a deluded fool, ICC/PCB/BCCI are all on the same side as far as making money is concerned but votes>>>money in a lot of cases

If BCCI wants to change from Champion Trophy ODI to T20 we can do that, why ICC wants in pakistan anyway koz pakistan not even organizes

Don’t expose your own  lack of sophistication and lame modus operandi in how you have tended to send fake scare emails to prevent events in Pak

At times like these, I really miss N.Srinivasan. Present BCCI is very weak under Ganguly/Shah.

I think there is good chance it will be played in UAE but its 2025 so lot can change until then and also T20 WC 2024 will another boring with awful timings  I think main target audience is probably Indians and Pakistani in US
