Someone needed to call out supersport. Naspers may own Africa, they aint gonna be able to bulldoze India.

Remember it was South Africa where SRT was accused of ball tampering.

for doing what?

Ashwin bowled an even fuller ball next over that still went over the stumps

Sorry wrong plot, if spot of impact on pads is delayed by a frame the ball will appear to go on a higher trajectory than it did. That's Drs call was dubious. Not sure what's going on.

It happens, sometimes that batsman gets lucky, or it seems like it, but there is no conspiracy theory behind it . Many of us still can't believe how Tendulkar was saved by DRS at Mohali in 2011 WC semifinal, but in reality , you can't blame anyone for that. HawkEye is an independent body, does not favor India , SA or any country.

Chokohlibaba and his cohorts except bowlers minus FAT win are all talk, no action. I hope they lose this which they surely will. Back up your talk with action or shut the f up.

Outcome of this test:

- we lose the game

- we lose the series

- Kohli gets banned for next test

- KL, Mayank, Ashwin get demerit points and heavily fined

- all media  focus is on that one lbw call

- Rahane and Pujara escape unscathed

If Kohli gets banned it might be enough to save Pujara and Rahane.

its unbelievable.

I dont even think working the government you would get this many chances to fail.

Are we trying to make it a fight against a country? We are really sorry losers, are not we?

The monkey child comes up with **** show in front of camera again and now his monkey fans will sing in his tune.

I just wish these players showed a fraction of that zeal while batting. When I look at the scorecard apart from Pant , none of them showed application or courage to score runs. And we consider DRS at fault for our misery?

Just because we have bang idiot at the helm, does not mean that we have to act like one and start believing in imaginary conspiracy theories floated by rank losers to deflect attention from the actual issues which is serious lack of performance.

Cant even fathom the depths which human minds can think

So either someone tampered with DRS "midway" or obviously the *s at Hawkeye didn't calibrate it properly!

Good decision or bad, Kohli has openly called out a broadcaster live on TV - this is huge, imagine going forward how this will be seen

It really should be looked at, looking at some of the decisions recently it's high time DRS & ball tracking should go real-time sniff test during a live test! These decisions can make or break a multi million dollar tournament, there should be more scrutiny into it.

DRS or for a better word Hawkeye works on an algorithm and in short follows the laws of mathematics.

Mistakes can be made by the Hawkeye because not everytime algorithms can accurately grasp real time events.

I know how it works, but there's a difference between prediction based on say an algorithm which doesn't fully take into account each match day (pitch) condition, atmospheric conditions, ball condition & one which does! Basically if their results aren't being updated/adapted each ball also taking into account how actual deliveries behave, then clearly Hawkeye is more flawed than I'd imagined.

You need more accurate models to predict "ball tracking" & I really don't see Hawkeye doing that. Maybe you can find an example, like that twit, where the prediction was just as accurate as the wicket ball. I'd love to see how they show the "prediction" & ball tracking in real-time! And yeah there's enough computation power to make it happen.

There can be too many features to take into consideration for an accurate Hawkeye model. It can be a good Deep Learning project haha

It should be, I'd be slightly surprised if it isn't & super mad if it's not "adaptable" to the conditions!
