Stan AF Posted February 24 Posted February 24 (edited) What meltdown ?. I was shocked to see pakistan fans celebrating Kohli 100 (despite at their own team loss and tournament exit). This is very weird for me to see. I'm only used to the TV smashing ones. https://www.timesnownews.com/sports/cricket/ind-vs-pak-virat-kohlis-century-celebrated-in-pakistan-cricket-shows-love-has-no-boundaries-watch-article-118516792 Edited February 24 by Stan AF Mariyam 1
Stan AF Posted February 24 Posted February 24 Actually there's no point in their fans blaming their team. The talent is just not there as it used to be before. There aren't many promising players. I can say with utmost conviction that babar Azam wouldn't be able to find a place in their 90s/2000s Pakistan team. Mariyam 1

He even gifted the matches Amir a bat. He builds lot of goodwill with Pakistani fans. Nothing new here.

Years of losing to India and getting hammered time and again has eventually led to Stockholm Syndrome. nevada 1
Number Posted February 24 Posted February 24 They have become such a dead horse it is not even exciting. All the post match meltdowns seem like a repeat. Norman 1

Just like we were (or atleast I was) in awe of Warne, McGrath, Ponting, Hayden, Gilchrist etc. These guys too are mesmerized by Kohli.

And I can't even name 4 BD players from the time they started playing cricket. The second strongest team in Asia now is Afghanistan. Sgattick10 and express bowling 2

What was that unnecessary meltdown
