Its not only about the mysterious injuries he get but even his running between the wicket, energy on field etc looks weak. At such young age, one would expect him to be a live-wire like Pandya, Kohli or even an young Raina. But he moves like someone of mid 30s. There is a strong possibility that he smokes secretly and hence the lack of fitness. Mohammed Amir from Pakistan smokes as well and as a result gets tired after 1st spell in test cricket. kosingh Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 I don't know if he smokes. Bizarre hypothesis. But he does seem fragile. Mentally and physicall. I had so much hope pinned on him when he first emerged. But whether he will live up to that hope, I am now unsure.
