Kohli plays with the worst Indian batting line up in last 2 decades

Sachin always played with good to world class test batsmen like Sidhu, Sehwag, Dravid, Sourav, vvs etc. But kohli really plays with the worst batting line up in last 2 decades. One has to feel sorry for him

This is worst batting lineup since 80's.

90s batting was like current line up. Azhar, Jadeja etc were poor abroad. Dravid & Ganguly brought some smiles when they arrived at the scene but overall we still sucked.

In SEN countries yes. Closer home this batting line up has a very high ceiling and even in Australia they will play well.

Tendulkar wasn't even the best in the team he played in. Dravid was and on their days sehwag, vvs etc were better

Check Ind vs Aus 1999/00 and SA 2001 then come back, there's a few other series as well but we had absolute dogshite bowling back then. At least our bowlers are keeping us in the game, unlike those times in the 90's

That tour of 1999 was like hell how horrible we were back then.That tour had the likes of Devang Gandhi,Msk Prasad,Vijay Bhardwaj absolute shyt batting line up except Sachin.

Barring Kohli all the other top order batsmen are FTB. Even Bhubaneswar bats better than them when there is lateral movement

It also had Dravid, Ganguly and Laxman - all playing 3 tests IIRC. Yes we were and that is the difference, our main bowlers were also pretty ordinary away from home.

Yes they played that series but I believe Rahul was massive failure in that series Warne owned him and of course our bowlers were Agarkar,Srinath and Prasad they were hammered.
