You can fake your way into the team if your opponent is pakistan

You can call fake or whatever. He justified his spot in this match.  Losing Bhuvi is like losing Cummins,  None of the guys you can name can fill that role except another specialist bowler. Jadhav is a bowler you cannot use upfront. Bumrah cannot be used up either.  I wanted KKD as well. In the end injury to Bhuvi made the selection all the more a good selection

Disappointing game but my word WHAT an atmosphere. Good thing I went for the experience more than the game. Still got imaginary horns blasting in my brain!

Got an orange white and green turban to bring out at parties :--D

Maybe english fans need to take a leaf out of Bharat Army's books and make watching england a bit more lively lol

PS- why dont english fans bring St Georges flags and wear the colours like Indians do?

Cricket is a middle class sport. The fans are quite placid, it's the same in rugby and tennis.

What was the ticket cost. I heard from some friends that it goes upto $1000 or something like that. I can't imagine people pay that much for a cricket game. Either they must be rich or insane. Do the Indian games cost more. How much does an England game against anyone except India cost like. Hotel prices and airline tickets must be through the roof.

And more importantly how did the Lancashire cricket ground treat a Yorshireman like you. Did you smell the roses :winky:

Iam doing the same routine ... never gets tiring to watch Padosee's take a beating even when we didn't play to full potential and were reduced to 10 man team. muahahaha :phehe:

No happy with the way we watch and enjoy our  cricket. If everyone was the same the world would be dull.

The English flag has certain "connotations" relating to football hooligans and racists so I think normal people tend to avoid it

It was  £75. I just got lucky in the ballot. England games are less than that. £30-50 usually. It"s the Ashes matches which cost more. Only going to day 1 at Edgbaston and day 3 at Headingley but cheapest tickets were £60.

As for Lancashire. I smelt something but it wasn't roses! Tbf OT is a very good ground. It's just the usual miserable inhabitants i dislike. Made a chance to see people smiling there for a change.
