Ankit_sharma03 Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 I cant remeber our team winning from this low expectation before No Kohli, ishant, shami got out on 36 last game lost one main bowler during the game Aussies have smith now 2 debuts this has to be right up at their on top beetle, tweaker, Stan AF and 6 others 1 1 7
SK_IH Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 One of the finest no doubt about it !!!! beetle 1
Gollum Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 Can add a poll OP. IMO this is India's greatest moment in cricket history, not just tests. This win is above 1983/2011 F, even above 2001 Eden Gardens and our previous famous overseas triumphs. The character they have shown, the odds they faced coming in......what can I say, words don't do justice. beetle and cowboysfan 2
Norman Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 Not even debatable looking at the circumstances prior..Perth is a close second.
Laaloo Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 Debatable. I still rate Perth 2007 as our biggest win SK_IH, coffee_rules, chewy and 3 others 1 5

Vickydev Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 A Test win like that is so soothing, shows our depth of talent with so many changes coming in and performing straight away. express bowling 1

Stan AF Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 Perth 2007/08 after Sydney fiasco is still slightly better for me. At that point we felt even the tour might be called off. SK_IH, Laaloo, Cricketics and 1 other 4
Hell Raiser Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 Exactly. With our backs to the wall after 36 all out, missing our best batsman, our two frontline bowlers and then another one got injured during the match. What a victory. beetle and express bowling 2

urbestfriend Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 Perth 2007 - Australia had solid team with 4-5 legends.

And all the talk about Perth being a fortress and the fastest pitch in the world and Shaun tait blowing our heads off. It was surreal.

Lowest test score in our history.
Lone Wolf Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 Perth 2007 is pretty hard to top. That Aussie team was on a roll & at a unbeatable streak & after what happened in Sydney.. It's memorable. This comes as a close 2nd. 3rd would be Joburg 2006 (To me)
