Corona got nothing on us. Really. It’s a very simple indicator. If there were people dying like flies, the fear would have been enough. All you have to do is shut your TV and mobile. Just leave home. Life is normal really. With sea of people that you see around and bustling traffic and shops, even the educated and informed folks might feel that it’s not that bad. Plus in tier 2 and 3, the approach towards life and death is very different. In Mumbai every other week there is a guy falling off train. Not all did die with lack of oxygen or meds, the variant itself is deadlier than else where. Doesn’t add up. Very easy to target MVA here. we still don’t have data on how many died due to lack of beds or ICU/ventilators? All such evidence is anecdotal cases on SM. No journalist bothers to look at this data? The gory details of deaths are focused on ghats of Ganga. While MH has 10k per day. Please be careful watch the oxygen levels frequently multiple times in a day. I am hearing the situation worsening for people fast.
