He should be removed from captaincy with immediate effect.

the thing with Kohli is that  he actually is  capable of playing  'pressure ' inns .But he has  imposed upon  himself the  burden of captaincy so much so that he  finds it  very difficult to cope with the extra pressure and thus fails.

All these are just excuses. He is simply not the same batsman anymore and no longer have that hunger he had few years back. Have you ever seen him angry after getting out these days? Earlier he used to hate getting out

Think age has caught up with him. Hand-eye coordination seems gone as his stats have declined markedly over the last two years.

 

Doesn't seem to have the hunger anymore - doesn't help that is captain in all formats.
