Bench players from 1st ODI (least likely to be close contacts): Paddikal, Ruturaj, Pandey, Rana, Gowtham, Kuldeep, Sakariya, Saini Net bowlers: Porel, Warrier, Arshdeep, Saikishore, Simarjeet For the matches to go ahead, imperative that Kishan/Samson (keeper) and at least one more batsman from yesterday's top 6 are not in the close contact list

I won't be surprised barring Krunal we have a unchanged playing XI too. Frustrated 1

At least 3-4 days of quarantine after being in contact with a covid positive person (symptomatic or otherwise, even if fully vaccinated) is still the norm. Better to err with caution. If it means series being cancelled so be it.

From where did u find those 8 contacts? Any source? (Coz cricinfo latest article says bcci has not yet revealed those 8 close contacts)

Assuming we go ahead with the likely playing 11 (which u hv posted) There are only 5 batsmen and 6 bowlers. No way bcci will allow that. Aur khichdi pakna baki he.

Guys like Paddikal Nitish Rana will probably get their debuts & Pandey ji will eventually return.. The Return of the King raki05 1

Don't think he should be in team. Yes, we can question his antics in other aspects. But is it fine to extend same in case of infection.
