Nova Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Quote It’s been about close to 10 days since Team India stepped foot on Caribbean soil as they gear up to face the West Indies in the first of the four Tests scheduled on June 21. Barring their training agenda, the lads have had quite an enjoyable ride spending time on pristine beaches but it looks like now some members might have overstepped the line, a move that is not gone down well with the BCCI. The Caribbean is known for its beer and beach lifestyle. The temptation was just irresistible as some cricketers, who might have fallen prey to this nature by posting pictures of themselves with pints of beer, has caught the attention of the Board. According to media reports, the BCCI shot off an advisory to the Indian team through manager Riyaz Bagwan after images of players with beer bottles circulated on social media during their outing to St Nevis. The team was soaking up the sun on the beach during their break between the two scheduled warm-up fixtures. Some of the BCCI officials aren’t happy with players posting such images on social media. There has been no written communication, but the manager has been asked to send a message to the players to ensure that nothing that could set a bad example should be posted online," a BCCI official was quoted as saying to the media. The picture that’s been circulated is of Karnataka batsman KL Rahul as well as pacer Umesh Yadav and all-rounder Stuart Binny. The post has been deleted from their Twitter handles following BCCI’s decision. Many kids blindly follow the star cricketers’ actions on and off the field, so our boys have got to always keep that in mind. They should always consider the sense and sensitivities of Indian cricket fans," another BCCI added. http://www.deccanchronicle.com/sports/cricket/160716/behave-yourselves-team-india-bcci-issues-warning.html .....Pic not allowed on social media tweaker and velu 2

Same goes for alcohol adv in India. Personally see no harm specially with these guys being role model to so many kids across India. Nova 1
