Popular Post Malcolm Merlyn Posted September 22, 2016 Popular Post Posted September 22, 2016 Manjrekar is such an idiot.Just now the montage of Kumble's 10 wicket was shown. And he makes a snide remark,"Umpire became as famous as the milestone, umpire Jayprakash of Bangalore, lot of LBWs".Siva owns him and says, yes all pretty striaght forward. The guy is a sour loser.Cant believe that what he was made to believe from childhood didnt come true. That he being son of Vijay Majrekar and coached by Indian elite and madeto believe that he was India'snext ATG and all he got was a mediocre test career. sandeep, Rightarmfast, Mosher and 12 others 15

Yeah I heard that too. Manju is a pathetic commentator. No wonder Pakistani love Manju. sscomp32, express bowling, Ankit_sharma03 and 1 other 4
New guy Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 There should be some feedback given about him. Harsha Bogle was removed for much lesser things sscomp32, Detonator, Ironhide and 5 others 8
kosingh Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 If he was a great commentator despite his insecurities, that would still be acceptable. But he is not a good commentator. And the insecurities increase every year.
Tibarn Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 I always turn off the volume when he comes on. I couldn't last test series though, because Viv and him were paired often, and I found Viv to be a very interesting commentator. Luckily the mute button is available this series. express bowling 1

Austin 3:!6 Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 BTW can anyone tell me which was the umpiring blunder of all the 10 wickets? Afridi - 19/20 decision and most days umpires give that out Ijaz - Plumb Inzy - Bowled Yousuf - Plumb Moin - Caught Anwar - Caught Malik - Bowled Mushtaq - Caught Saqlain - Plumb Wasim - Caught Except that Afridi decision...I dont see any incorrect decision. Even on most days, umpires will give that Afridi one out. Probably Manjeraker reads too much Pee Pee and like few Indians there he is a brown noser too. He will ofcourse never raise his voice when Wasim rejected to call Sachin back in the Eden Gardens test when Sohaib pulled him and run him out. People like Manjerakar should be banned by BCCI from commentating and spitting venom on our 500th test match. Idiot. Asim Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 (edited) u guys think he had some 'problem' just bcz someone telling a straight truth... and even if we ignore umpiring part, the fact is, at the end indians were running away from catches coming off other's bowling... so the record came off as a result of some poor spirit... Your team would have still lost whether or not Kumble had taken 10 wickets or not. Sanjay thinks he is speaking very smartly. Can't believe that he has gone from good to worse in no time. Laaloo Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 This is one thing that every Indian agrees on mutually. I hate listening to Manjrekar. Always trying to put our players and achievements down.

Although i dont believe that is the case, Kumble was simply a champion in that game. Edited September 22, 2016 by Vilander TheWall, express bowling and Mosher 3

That idiot was trying to cheat by making faces after getting out Check at 1:04 how the trajectory as well as the ball spin changes after it passes his bat. It was a faint edge but was definitely there. Also note how spontaneous and heartfelt mongia's appeal was https://youtu.be/8jxSK-9HSlk?t=1m3s Edited September 22, 2016 by New guy Austin 3:!6 1

Pakistani batsmen were deliberating trying to give catches off bowlers not named Kumble, and Indian fielders were running away from catches. It was poor spirit both ways. New guy 1

Boy, you seem to have not watched the series at all. A Pakistani talking about the spirit of the game is the funniest thing I have heard today. Please revisit the match and the series and you will see the depth of cheating the Pakistanis stooped to in that series. And Wasim Akram was at the forefront. Right from claiming a catch which was clearly bounced off the pitch, and creating pressure on the umpire to eventually give it out, to hitting Sachin out of the crease and then running him out and claiming it. To the post match bitterness evident in the interviews, Pakistani players were at their cheating best in that series! And someone has already mentioned that Wasim and Waqar tried their best to get out to Srinath! Too much of sporting spirit :) Btw, I have noticed Manjrekar one too many times. He is so bitter. He keeps on ridiculing Srinath. Jimmy Cliff 1
