Pollack Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 Give your thoughts. Pakistan has defeated SA, SL and England and reached CT2017 final. What worked for them? How have they improved (if you feel so)? Number and GoldenSun 1 1
Inswing1 Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 Captaincy matters alot. Under So called aggressive and brainless AFRIDI we did nothing , Misbah was just way too defensive and Azhar Ali meeh this guy is just a coward Ankit_sharma03 and Zero_Unit 2
Popular Post Tibarn Posted June 14, 2017 Popular Post Posted June 14, 2017 Post like a Padosi: Match fixing. English players wanted to maintain their lucrative PSL contracts, so they threw the game vs Pak rahulrulezz, Soorma_Bhopali, Adi_91 and 9 others 12
NareshK Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 Good bowling effort. Their batting hasnt been put under pressure yet since the game against India.
Cricketics Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 They have bowled well during crucial moments. Hassan has been really good.
DGBOSS Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 Just 1 word - Better Bowling Performance. Batting is still like minnows Having said that if Thisara Perera had managed to hold on to that dolly from Sarfaraz things would have been different !!!!! Sgattick10, Singh bling and sandeep 3
SK_IH Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 sarfaraz def brought some good luck with winning crucial tosses, nothing special as far as captaincy, hasan has been fantastic post india game also their bowlers have somehow reverse swung in the middle overs resulting in wkts

Azhar didn't have Hassan Ali bowling for him did he? Or Shadab Khan? I think Sarfraz is quite a defensive captain in terms of tactics.
Temujin Khaghan Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 indian loss humiliated them and they wanted to prove themselves like cornered tigers... and luck factor 1) saffer game incomplete 2) Lankans missed 5 catches and let them off sandeep 1
SK_IH Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 interestingly every tom dick n harry was giving his two cents on how pak should improve domestic cricket, fitness etc post ind game and here they are in the final haha StarWolf and Asim 2

Did that reverse the decline of their cricket ? Adi_91, sandeep, StarWolf and 1 other 3 1
CG Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 1-Scheduling Helped.Pak always beat srilanka ,England ,Said struggle in big games 2- Taking wickets in middle overs. 3-India game provided them kick in the backside which they needed.
Lannister Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 (edited) Wicket-taking bowlers. They always take initiative unlike our bowlers who sit back and wait. Edited June 14, 2017 by Lannister

chewy Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 Rain vs South Africa Epic SL fielders and used Cardiff pitch, pathetic for such a big tournament a semi final is being played like this England has to be the worst ICC host despite so many stadiums Adi_91, StarWolf and GoldenSun 1 2
Utalk Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 Bowling in middle overs. An aggressive opener. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk GoldenSun 1
