Needs a farewell series to properly acknowledge his achievements.

Seriously, a loooong overdue decision. Should have been kicked out 4-5 years ago. He needs to be booted from ODIs too, the sooner the better. By doing that, the selectors can effectively put an end to giving confirmed berth for non performing seniors in the world cup squad.
