Will Dhoni and Karthik play ahead of Pant in T20s?

Karthik deserves his place in t20, Dhoni doesn’t. Don’t add Karthik as part of the problem. He has been one of the best finishers. Dhoni hasn’t been. 

 

I would put Karthik and Pant both in the same line up.

 

Karthik is a must for t20 and for our world t20 campaign next year in Australia.

 

if Dhoni plans to retire post world cup 2019, he shouldn’t even feature here in t20s.

Gill and Pant have to be rested. Both must be tired as shared by our chief selector when dropping Pant from ODI team. KulCha should be rested as they have been playing non stop. We should play an all pace attack with Jadhav as the spin option.

Not to forget the fastest T20 100 by an Indian. Our other "keeper-batsmen" in their mid/late  30s are still dreaming to score one.

 

How dare a younger player do so well. He needs to be rested.

Pant needs to be patient. He will have to go back to domestic T20s and IPL, work on his game, get that SR to mid 120's, and wait for his turn.

I dont care about T20s. Real worry is odis, where all three are playing ahead of Pant
