How can you feel the ball hitting the bat when it didn't. The creaking sound of the bat handle could confuse the fielders and the umpires, but the batsman would be the least affected one on the field. Even otherwise, umpires make a lot of wrong decisions when it comes to these kinds of dismissals (caught behind off the short ball). Lot of things are close ... bat, gloves, forearms, shoulder, helmet. So, even if you edge it, you should wait for the umpire's decision, there's a chance he could give it not out. Yeah, but you don’t get it. You and me are not playing, its Kohli who is playing and it gets his adrenaine going and he scores runs in the way he shows his attitude on the field. If he starts listening to everyone and change his game then he will never perf well for India. He talks to Rabada with anger and performs. Some won’t like doesn’t mean he should change it. He talks with Pakistani on field with a smile and still is able to concentrate and ends up scorkng runs today, some don’t like that. Doesn’t mean he should change that too. Ever fan will not like his certain attitude. Fact is he is laying for country with passion, and wants to win for the team. Thats the bottom line. Rest all is small compared to that.
