Sachin criticized MSD for his slow batting

SRT's "seflish" batting SR is still higher than Rohit Sharma's batting SR in 1st 20 overs of ODI today.  Top order SR cannot be compared to #6.  Also, SRT played bulk of his cricket in 90s and 2000s, where his SR was consistently and significantly above his peers.

For his average, his strike rate was unbelievable compared to his peers throughout entire 90s and 2000s. LOIs have changed considerable in the last decade. Dhoni chose average over strike rate and put the onus of taking risks to other high SR impact players like Raina and Yuvraj. Courtesy those two players, Dhoni has an impressive average of 50 in ODIs.

That's why idiots who never watched much cricket other than in the t20 era should not talk about things they don't understand.

Sachin had one of the highest strike rate of his era in his prime. Even in his last couple of years when he wasn't very destructive, he never played THIS slow, other than a couple of innings here n there. For MSD it's the norm, not a rarity to play such innings'.

Sachin had a SR of 86 while the likes of 'destructive' Brian Lara had a SR of 79. :giggle:

BTW neither am a Sachin mark or Dhoni mark. But it is what it is. I hated when sachin played that slow innings against bangla and now it's so sad to see someone like MSD, who used to put the fear of God in bowlers when he arrived, bat like Courtney Walsh.

But now that Ailaa has spoken, Thala will rise up to the occasion and go back to his thunderous old form. Expect him to score a 50 with 3 sixes at a strike rate of 40!!

Or or Thala will dance down wicket swinging his mighty Gada and screaming saaale Ailaa tune meri beizzati ki, and then at the high point of his back lift, his inner tuk tuk will take over and the bat will come down .......

...... to a thunderous block! Well done mere Jharkhandi, well done!

More than the angry 'fans' its the organised Dhoni PR mafia which cannot take any criticism of their superstar. Remember how Kuldeep was forced to clarify a harmless comment made in zest about Dhoni. This is how insecure these PR jokers are.

Dei Sachin unna apporam vechikkiren. Dhoni doesn't perform against low ranked teams. Expect him to score a quickfire 50 that will stun England and bring them to its knees. After that, Dhoniconda will be unleashed to finish England. The team will praise Dhoni for his advise. Vaada England vaada vaada enga areakku

They are abusing Sachin as if he wants bad for the team ....Crazy crap..

Many of us started watching cricket because of Sachin ,and we would turn off TV once Sachin was out .Even then we too we were not happy with his slow 100th 100 and wanted to hom retire well before  that .

People need to realise : - Team India is bigger than Players.Players come and go .I have never seen this in Australian team where players become bigger than the team. This is the reason Australia has achieved so much in cricket which India can only fathom.

Apart from Dhoni's batting we need his inputs and lightening stumping. Even Kuldeep and Chahal have gone on record saying they are half as effective without Dhoni as keeper. Kohli has himself said that without Dhoni he becomes clueless in big matches. He still relies on Dhoni for making Dr's calls and field placements. So it's not batting alone we are talking.

Ok so u r trolling. Thanks.

repeating this again .. pitch was like a minefield when dhoni and your fellow bambi/nagpuri/punewala kedar was batting

Still one end up batting around 90 and another on pathetic 50 with a maiden played in 47th over also tried to run out his partner for selfishly save himself. This is utter selfishness.
