The pressure of winning ICC trophy + overseas series wins is getting to him. Rohit as LOI captain + Mayank/Vihari as Test captain (guys who have to overcome limitations to get to highest level usually make better captains and man managers + both these guys look like level-headed men with grit). If BCCI has guts, lets use this result to make a break from the star culture which is holding us back.
