If ever there was a team assembled from all the other T20 leagues on the planet, this MI team in current form will still thrash them. They are that good.

Well not sure about that. I'm sure there have been very good t20 teams over the years.

Very strong 5,6,7 sets them apart from rest of IPL.

This should be basis for any good T20 team. Too many times management mess around players with power game positioned in lower middle order, especially when their high risk game returns couple single digits scores.

Sometimes you just need to back them the entire season.

5,6,7 are the batting superstars of T20.

Openers and number 3 are dime dozen, many given undeserved MoM for bog standard innings.

Among franchises, in Asian conditions sure.

Eng national side will crush this team everywhere, since no Eng player in MI maybe we should have a few friendlies between the 2 sides.....will break viewership records. WI if in mood (just give them motivation, raise the stakes) too will slaughter this side. International competition is a couple of steps above IPL..have seen enough of Krunal's batting in T20Is and he is MI #6 LOL. In English setup he won't be allowed to carry drinks in their 3rd string team.

Sadma much after the 4-0 drubbing? :p:

Now you have to resort to supporting videshi takatein to defeat :mi: ?

Bring em on, WI or England. We will smash em too!

Good idea. England vs Mumbai Indians would genuinely be entertaining. One game in Mumbai, one at lords, one at neutral. All stars

Bambis much better team, so doesn't hurt. Best team won the competition. Happy with our progress...we can only get better, good to see Pant getting some runs.

Made a thread about that. A contest between best franchise team and a top international side like Eng will be :flame:

Imagine the hype, will attract record viewership. Hope BCCI, IPL GC, ECB make it happen, too good an opportunity to miss. Now is the perfect time, 2 years later many of these current MI and Eng stars will show age related decline.
