Popular Post Gollum Posted November 14, 2020 Popular Post Posted November 14, 2020 (edited) Crimes (environment related) of Kohli: 1. Here’s the only water that Virat Kohli consumes, bottled water by Evain obtained from Évian-Les-Bains, which is situated on the south shore of Lake Geneva 2. Virat Kohli fined ₹500 for washing car with drinking water during peak summer with many parts of India in middle of drought 3. Fuel guzzling cars 4. Regular user of chartered planes very common, even recently Virat Kohli took a separate chartered plane to Dubai than RCB for IPL 2020 RCB squad one plane, separate plane for this eco-activist, cos plane runs on seawater, no? 5. Wasting of cakes for every small event, while so many Indians go to sleep hungry. What is the carbon footprint of cake making? What purpose does it serve other than eating, is it a makeup cream, sunscreen? Does smearing it on other players' faces improve performance? Recently in UAE, his birthday 6. Crackers in his own birthday Virat ‘Hypocrite’ Kohli: Fans Slam India Skipper For Message On Diwali Just Days After He Celebrated Birthday With Firecrackers 7. Does his 7000 sq ft luxury pad run without electricity? Or his previous house with monthly rent 15 lakh rupees LINK 8. Did his Italy wedding reduce carbon footprint? Couldn't he have done it in nearest marriage hall like other common Indians? Private jets, flowers/chefs/hairstylists flown from halfway across the globe... Eco friendly? 9. Has he taken a stance when it comes to brands he endorses? Is he aware of environmental impact of packaging? Does he endorse eco-friendly products? 10. Don't remember him taking a stance during the IPL vs Maharashtra drought debate couple of years back. 11. Animals are scared of sound but not when they get their throats slit, right? Birds get burns due to crackers but elites only consume vegetarian chicken? Many Hollywood celebs do the same, daytime yacht trip, evening private charter jet, night time lecture about global warming and renewable energy. Like Leo Caprio the fraud. Anushka is even a bigger hypocrite than her husband. Anyway why do these celebs/elites get so preachy when they don't set shining examples? Why does this sight trigger someone like Kohli so much? When he is perfectly ok with this? Not a single complaint, no open letter, no SM gyan, no reco/advice to GC Or in RCB's home stadium In RCB colours For many middle class and poor children bursting a couple of crackers once a year gives them fleeting moments of happiness. If they have health problems their parents will deal with it and take precautions, there are govt rules, green crackers available etc. Anyway the assertion that stubble/garbage burning, vehicular/industrial pollution, construction activities throughout the year aren't the problem but bursting crackers for 2 hours on one particular day is the sole reason for all environmental issues that humanity faces......well that can be handled in a separate thread. Or how an industry with a million employees is being threatened by arbitrary, unscientific bans (judicial overreach, police excesses.....) another topic. Does Kohli (as an extension elites, celebs, even many of our close ones) have any right to guilt trip commoners about environment without correcting his ways first? Popular Post Gollum Posted November 14, 2020 Author Popular Post Posted November 14, 2020 (edited) "Do not burst crackers, protect the environment"-Virat Kohli If Devaki Amma or Thimakka Amma (107 yo) had said this, point taken. Nobody cares about them but frauds like Leo, Greta, single digit IQ cricket/Bollywood jokers are eco-warriors. Libbus, MSM, Left equally responsible for making heroes out of nobodies. Gollum Posted November 14, 2020 Author Posted November 14, 2020 (edited) Once read.... A lady with her son went to then TN CM Kamaraj and complained that the kid was eating too much jaggery, she wanted the CM to scold him. Kamaraj asked her to to come back after 6 months with her boy. After 6 months when she went back he explained to the kid about the ill effects of consuming excess jaggery, why he should listen to his mother etc. When others asked him why he didn't do this the day she first came, he replied that at that time he himself was gorging on jaggery, First he needed to correct himself (which he did by abstaining), then only advice the kid. That was India's GOAT CM and the best PM we never had. Be like Kamaraj, not Kohli. Edited November 14, 2020 by Gollum velu, bowl_out, nevada and 1 other 4
The Realist Posted November 14, 2020 Posted November 14, 2020 Seriously who takes notice of what Kohli has to say? He's as dumb as a plank of wood and and has zero credibility given his ability to choke at the sight of any pressure. The only lectures he should give is how to maintain leadership (captaincy) of an organisation (RCB) for a decade despite zero returns (no trophies) on investments. A complete fraud. nevada, Norman, The Dark Horse and 1 other 2 2

someone Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 Choice is a luxury. These elites can choose when, where, how they celebrate. Yet, for the masses, it's Diwali and such occasions where they can only celebrate, and these elites also want to take that away. Popular Post Real McCoy Posted November 15, 2020 Popular Post Posted November 15, 2020 The power that Anushka has over him is immense. Kohli is probably the most feminist man in India. Act all tough in the field but be mousy at home. Kohli never thanked his dad or mum but his bollywood wife when India won a test match in England. Anushka is the only one who posed with the Indian team in full regalia. Its apt that he lost the rest of the matches. Is it any wonder that he comes up with one hypocrisy after another considering his bollywood connections.
