Do we want Kohli back?

There are too many good decisions that Rahane took and each one helped us to get the historic win. Introducing Ashwin with the new ball to remove Smith, leg side traps in MCG when the pitch was dead, picking Washi instead of Kuldeep, picking 4 seamers to cover for any leak, Sending Pant ahead of Mayank and many many more.

When was the last time we were able to list down Kohli's tactics like this??

But aila has the World cup which these newbies will die to get their hands on and certainly looks unlikely till captain kohli is in charge

Thala was great odi captain but Kaptaan joke is nowhere near him as loi leader, even in tests Rahane looked miles ahead of him

Not denying Kohli too did his part in building a legacy at home but looks quite exhausted leading in all 3

And thala has 2 consecutive white washes in England and Australia 8-0, pant already a million times better keeper than thala

Ailiaaa has sachin glad it only ended as 8-0 then Thala kicked out Ailiaaaaa :aha: no more whitewashes after that

Fun fact : Ailiaaa got whitewashed at home as captain which no one captain was able to do!

Actually the bowling lineup was performing even better under Kohli.
Starting from 2018 SA to uptil now our bowling llineup has been spectacular

Actually the pitches in those series were also much spicier! Batting you probably remember Kohli scored some runs, do you remember his big effin failures?

Walked across the stump to flick(?) a ball against Philander chasing a modest total in the first test.

Same in the first test vs Eng, except against Ben *ing Stokes who was bowling first change & we had Pandya set at the other end.

Played an innocuous front foot lunge against Moen in the fourth test, Rahane was set at the other end, we collapsed after his tame dismissal

For such a "champion player" & "master of chases" he sure has a * tonne of brainfades! Heck if I count his LO failures you'll have nothing to post

As a player, obviously... As a captain will need a rethink. Although his record at home is ridiculous as a captain

Anyone can Captain India at home, the spinners will win it for us. Infact the one time Australia tried to breach our fortress, it was Rahane again who saved his as* by captaining in final decider test. Kohli missed out on runs as well that whole series.

Playing musical chairs with no.4 spot

Playing Saha ahead of Pant

Picking 3 wicket keepers in a WC semi and exposing himself to Boult

Yes we need the ICC cricketer of the decade

LOL typical and totally expected. The guy who led us to 36 all out just because he got run out in the first innings, would have led us to a 0-4 whitewash. Sank the team without a fight in NZ, has been systematically destroying the youngsters, ironically the same youngsters won the series for us under Rahane.

At least now, let go of the cheerleading and mocking of these youngsters.

What a pathetic attempt to get Kohli into the limelight and run down Rahane's immense leadership. Reason why in one of the threads, I said this TM deserve no credit. They are all Kohli's cheerleaders
