This series has proven that youngsters under a supporting captain can thrive under pressure. We need a new captain for the next 2 years or so. Phase out all the 30+ players. Although he is not going anywhere but he should see what youngsters can do once backed. He cannot go on wasting youngsters like Pant, Gill etc by benching them mindlessly.
