Padosis thought they would become a cricketing pavar-house under PM'ship of Kaptaan saab - What happened then ?

Recommended Posts

Former players from the  land of pure never ever stop waxing lyrical about how Kaptaan saab transformed their cricketing culture and made their cricketing team " fearsome".

Kaptaan Saab  before becoming PM  promised to make their cricket formidable and take them back to their "glory" days of "cornered tigers" era.

Yet in the last 2.5 years as PM, cricket in the land of pure has only sunk deeper.

If he cannot even improve cricket as a former cricketer, imagine how good he may be for the country.

Talent and Pakistan cricket administration both are in sea so Kaptaan saab can anyways do nothing except maybe talk.

A Shaheen Shah would have done better if he was playing for "Big Three" but he will not be given right development in Pakistan cricket setup.

They basically hyped a guy called Naseem Shah based on his age and introduced him as the next Waqar only to get clobbered all over the ground in SENA conditions.

Only the delusional ones thought IK will fix the cricket. Ask Imran to name current Xl...he is way out of touch with cricket. There are too many other priorities.

Ind on the other hand has reaped the rewards of years of investment & infastructure in cricket. Kudos to them.

Waqar himself is a fraud. Check his record vs India and Australia in tests.

He is good only in odi and even there he choked in big games.

Kaptaan sahab   by the day  gets exposed for unethical methods for his 'cricket greatness'. No wonder he used fake promises to get to his 'political greatness' too.

It has always been about unethical ways for Kaptaan saheb to  achieve personnel glories...That being the   case,  no wonder  he is struggling to put his promises into  practice.

Lots of delusional Pakistani fans  believed in  him as some sort of messiah or intentionally  neglected his credentials  w.r.t fair play during his  playing days and now they are paying the price.

Pakistan first needs to realise that their fast bowlers are not that good anymore. Baysm9 dont get out, simply because the bowler is from pakistan.

Secondly, reverse swing will not play that big a part anymore because of the cameras. Yes really skilled bowlers will get enough reverse out of the old ball to get batsmen out, but the days of just bowling the ball and getting banana swing are gone.

Some are obsessed

You guys have just beaten Aus. They should concentrate on India’s success.

If you watch a bollywood movie, there is allways some scenes dedicated to comedians.  Similarly, In cricket, we have Great Players of Pakistan( ex and present)
