Pakistan has a pretty strong social media presence which is why you won't see them being questioned on how they treat minorities by people not from India. This hashtag is just another strategy to strengthen their soft power and make them look benevolent in world's eyes.

India also shown solidarity with Pakistan during Peshawar Army school attack. Common people between the two countries are not enemies and dont hate each other. The enemity is political.

Common people in Pakistan think probably Hindus are evil and want to take kashmir away from evil Hindus. Cause it says so in their elementary text books.
