I watched only 2-3 minutes. From that I gleaned that he likes everything to be orderly, nothing out of place. His thinking and captaincy also follows the same pattern - obsessed about picking seniors, no OOTB thinking, cluelessness when his team is falling behind, etc. If his team falls behind, to him that's probably like socks everywhere on the floor, cricketing kit content strewn around the room etc. He gets irritated and loses the plot.
